Hello,
I am able to use "Always forward" option and can change numbers, disable, etc.
But when I try changing "Forward when busy", "when unanswered" "when unreachable" the change doesn't go through, and not able to disable as well. It's stuck on this one number i was using, which is still a valid number and doesn't really forward to it.
Currently Always Forward is disabled and my phone does not ring on incoming calls. When I set Always Forward, it does forward approperetly to that number. After disabling it, I try changing the other ones, but it wont work, and incoming calls just go straight to voicemail. And as mentioned before, it wont let me change the phone number to anything else and stuck on this one number (for "Forward when busy", "when unanswered" "when unreachable" ..and yes always forward is disabled).
Anyone had these issues? I contacted moderator and waiting for response.

I'm having the same problem now..did this get fixed? What was the solution?
I too, can't receive calls or text, but outgoing text/call works.
Yesterday at one point in the evening it all started coming in (calls/text) then stopped working.
I been with public mobile over 2 years, so not a porting issue, and my renewal is mid august.
