I have two accounts. One is for myself and the second is for my wife's phone. They are both linked to my email accounts. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. She has never used email in her life. Both accounts are paid by my credit card. She just left for China for the winter and took her phone to use a Chinese sim card there. If I try to log into her account here it wants to send a confirmation text to her phone which your software doesn't allow because she is out of Canada. We want to cancel that phone number. How do we do it?

Remove you email addresses, this is the community and you don't want to expose too much personal details
When you login your wife's account, click Didn't Receive Code and choose Send e-mail and get the code via email
If you don't have the sendemail option, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
