I want to cancel a service I am getting billed for but don't actually have that line with me .Need help to cancel the line .Have tried contacting many times but did not receive any response.

@PMC4 Can you give a bit more detail of the situation (but without personal details as this is a public forum). I'm not sure what you mean by unable to fetch the account for that number, or that you do not have that line with you.

@PMC4 If you can log in to your account then just toggle off "subscribed" and the account will close 90 days after next renewal.
