Unable to activate eSim

When I scan the eSim QR Code from my email, it says I’m unable to activate. Please advice

@ChantalCarta  Yes from trying on chat bot ?? Instead use this drift link to support it wil work

I was unable to submit a ticket…tried many times. Error 404.

the 404 error was because you were using Chatbot. Please open ticket by direct message using the link here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
if still have error, please open CS_agent profile by click omg here: @CS_Agent , then click the  Send A Message button and compose the message and send
