I got the error unable to activate the eSIM on my iPhone 13 today. I just made the switch today but the free eSIM didn't work. Then I tried to get another eSIM but need to pay $5.60 for the new eSIM. How to get the refund on this eSIM since the free one wasn't working but the new purchased eSIM is working fine.
Does it work when you buy another eSIM? is the process easy to do. I switched over to PM yesterday, while I was waiting , a message said eSim is not activated.
