My credit card has been compromised. My payment was rejected. What do I do

You can manually make a payment with another cc or debit card.
In your account click on the Overview drop down arrow, payments, scrool to Manage Subscriptions. When you click on it, the option will be there to enter cc info by Add funds.
Or you can buy a voucher from gas stations or Shoppers and use the voucher to make a payment also on that same page or call 611 from your phone to add the voucher.

@Legs you can Buy payment voucher and load it *611 to resume service right away and update credit card info later in your account profile page

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
