I am a new Public Mobile User and cannot activate my account.
I finished the Public Mobile Online Activation procedures following the link :
(https://activate.publicmobile.ca/)
Also I got an e-mail named "Your Public Mobile Activation Details" and it said that;
- my 4-digit Pin sucessfully registerd
- Self Service Account sucessfully created
- Auto Pay sucessfully set up
BUT!! I cannot access my account so that I cannot activate it.
I tried to find my password but my e-mail address was not verified too.
"Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."
It is really non-sense because I got an e-mail to exactly same address previously.
Please help as soon as possible.

In that case, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph#, email and the sim#. They will look into this.

But my SIM is not working that means I cannot send and receive text.
That's why I cannot try re-create Account. I cannot receive 6-digit zip code.

@Joshyyy Try creating an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you can't, confirm that you were charged and verify if the sim is working.
