When I log onto the mobile Public mobile app it keeps taking me to the "activate your account" option. It shows me a bunch of plans to choose from. The other option is "login" which I tried and it just takes me back to the same page. It thinks I need to activate a plan, when in fact I already have one and have had an account for years. How do I find/get into my account ?
