Unable to activate Esim

Bought the 60gb/month half price promo but am unable to activate eSIM.

hi @Cal_pen 

check if PM esim already installed by the app.  Check Sim Manager or Settings -> Cellular screen.  If it is there, make sure it is set as Primary and enabled.   Reboot phone and then Reset network settings

if that does not work or eSIM is not there, ask PM support agent to help.   you can submit  ticket by direct message:
