Currently my account doesnt show any rate plans.
No longer shows im on a plan and
Also shows error when im trying to change plan "Sorry! We are having trouble with this page. Please try again later."
Along with "Amount Due: " is blank

You shouldn't always just PM a mod whenever you are in a problem. With the OP's problem, it looks like everyone is affected. I think some work is being done on the self-serve so we all just gotta be patient.

- try again after clearing browser's cache.

Have you tried in another browser like Chrome or FireFox?
