Hi. For reasons that I don't quite understand, the same CC that I used to purchase the PM SIM card and first 3 months of service will not work. There's nothing wrong on the CC end, and I've used it 50+ times since the first payment I made months ago. I've also tried a VISA debit and that has not worked either.
It says it can't verify the information. I've double-checked to make sure the information I was entering in matched the information on my statement. I've tried a different browser. I've tried it in an incognito window. I'm really starting to get frustrated.

First please don't tag all mods, it will just increase the log needlesly. It is better to send a private mail to one of them and they will all receive it on the same box.
I heard some people saying there was an issue with the appartement numbers, and with dashes in their addresses. I am not sure about your situation, but you can use the search function in the forum and find hundreds of the same question with some possible answers that might fix your issue.
