i cancelled my plan and changed it to the $25 500MB+500MB plan at the renewal date, which was set for September 12, 2020. However, after the renewal date, my plan did not change. Instead the plan simply expired. When i attempt to change plan, it says, "An error occured and we were unable to change your plan." It is now asking me to pay $50 as my account is suspended. I also used to have the Christmas promo with free 1GB, but has now disappeared. So far, been unhappy with Public Mobile and its unreliability. Please advise how i can change my plan.

@myrnajeany There is a system bug when moving from a higher priced plan to a cheaper one. Unfortunately that is what happened in your case to not fault off your own.
PM should be able to fix it fairly quickly you just need to be patient until they respond back.

My original plan is $75 for 90 days. I have $25 in my account funds, therefore it is asking me to pay the remaining $50. However, i do not want to pay for another 3 months again. This is the second time i've had the "Set to change at the next Renewal Date" twice now and both times have failed. Now it wont let me change anything unless i pay the $50.

It might take several hours for response though. If you need your plan right away, you may want to manually load $50 to your account and see what happens.
