Hi,
My account on the $37 plan (province call and global text) was suspended.
I tried to change to a new plan $47 (province call, text and 1GB 3G) and was asked to add money.
I added money but was re-activated on the old blance. The account has $11 remaining balance.
Please help to make the appropriate changes.

Plan changes while an account is suspended seem to fail even when the correct amount has been paid.
Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.
It should be fixed today.
