Unable of resubscribe and keeping discount. The discount offered for 3 months is not being showed in my account. Unable to resubscribe before the 3 months discount period ends. No support agent available at the chat.

I'm assuming you mean you're trying to change plans? That 50% promo is not transferrable, so if you change plans you're paying 100% of the current rates.

are you trying to resume service and unable to do so?
make a payment here and load the funds for the full plan payment first to resume

was that the 50% off for 3 months? so you temporary suspended? you can ask PM and see if they can help
