I have paid for USA roaming and have a receipt but was not able to access it while on my hollidays therefore you owe me approximately $50

Hi @Startover are you now back in Canada already? If you are back and never able to use the roaming, open ticket with CS Agent and see if they can do anything
if you want, you can open ticket with PM CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact CS Agent,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click the the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Not sure if the community owes you 50, but a CSA may be able to resolve this for you if it was unusable. Not sure if you checked here prior to your trip, but there is literally hundreds of threads of how much of an issue this particular add on has had with the US 3G shutdown, so I am hopeful that some checking in prior have pivoted to more reliable and cost effective talk/text/data alternatives out there.

Public mobile is a prepaid provider and is nonrefundable. But we are here to help you possibly get a credit for serviced unused by you. Unless you give us more info the chances of getting a credit are greatly lowered.

So you're back now? You could have come here for help while you were there. So yeah at this time all you can do is as above.
Do you have an increased balance in your account? Perhaps you didn't actually buy them. There's a bit of a bug in the system when re-buying or even buying similar other ones. Maybe you could provide us with an image of your payment history from here from when you first bought any roaming add-ons and we can help sort it out. But you would still need support to credit you back spent items.
