Hi. Currently in the US and need to renew my add-on. Payment made but still can’t make a call. Says all minutes used up. How long does it take for this to get activated?

Is (are) the old add-on(s) still showing in your list? Is the day counter down to 0/15? Do you see the payment in your balance? If so for all then you could also choose to wait until the add-ons disappear. Or maybe possibly at midnight eastern you might be able to re-buy and also see if they disappear. If you can wait then regulars here would like to know these facts of timing.
But yes otherwise support will do it for you.

@Brewman9 you need to wait 24 hours to renew the same US add-on. But you can message support to have them manually process it without waiting 24 hours
