@kb_mv . I agree. it would be better if it can buy first and start later
but for the eSIm, it still all depends For the travel eSIM I used, it said "depends on the eSIM you choose, your eSIM will activate immediately upon installation or as soon as you connect to a new network at your destination"
That eSIm is partnered with different local providers, so, I guess it has somthing to do the the local providers there

@Aey @hairbag1 @hTideGnow @softech It's funny that PM starts charging immediately upon purchase. The two e sims I use for data when travelling can be bought anytime and the clock starts ticking when the phone connects to the applicable service.

log in to your account when you land in Florida to buy the add-on then (using free airport wifi). Make certain you either have sufficient $$ in Available Funds or have a valid credit card on your account. The 15 Day US Roaming add-ons start working as soon as purchased so you have 360 hours of use.
Make sure your phone is volte enabled for best talk experience.
When in Florida, make sure you're on the T-Mobile network...no others work with PM.

HI @Aey don't buy ahead unless your trip is less than 15 days The roaming 15 days kick in right away
And remember, to get the roaming, connect to T-Mobile network when you are there , and enable your Mobile data roaming on the phone

@Aey don't buy couple days ahead, it starts the 15 days xount down the moment purchase is done
i think best to buy when you are still in Canada right before you go the trip
