data roaming itself does not include Text, SMS Text. However, if you only use iMessage and NOT SMS , then yes, you don't need roaming Talk/Text
So, which package you got? Roaming Data/Talk/Text Bundle?
if you got it wrong, while PM support is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund, they might be able to help to reverse the transaction and you can rebuy if it was an honest mistake. Message them and check with them:
