US roaming

Hi, I am wanting to purchase US roaming but I am confused by the "top up account" wording - I want to add $20 but I have accidentally added $40, and still dont know if I have successfully added roaming. Can someone please help?

@Kate01, once you've added the appropriate funds which looks like you've actually added more than you needed, just go to the Purchase Add-ons section in your My Account, look for the US roaming package you wanted, and at this point just select it and it'll be added to your account.  the additional funds you added accidentally will just go towards you next month payment cycle, or your next Add-on purchase, whichever comes first.

 

Now go back to your My Account main page, scroll to My Data & Add-ons, and you should see the US Roaming feature you added.

Do you see anything under "My Add-ons"?

You have to purchase and add it to your account,  It should appear under data and add-ons.
