I have purchased an US roaming with another add on for data but neither are working. It worked for the first 2 days but now nothing. It says emergency calls only.

@Bonj It sounds from your previous thread as though you purchased a US roaming add on rather than a Canada-US (Mexico) phone plan. If that's the case it will not work now you are back in Canada. To figure out why it didn't work in the US we need to know what phone you have (in other words whether it is compatible with US networks), and whether you had enabled data roaming while there. Which US carrier was your phone trying to connect to? In settings is the phone set to 3G, LTE, or 5G?

@Bonj if your previous post, you mentioned same. A few replies were sent to you to which you did not respond.
So, what type of phone do you have? If I understand correctly, you cannot make outgoing calls, and your data is not working?

Something wrong with the data setup on your phone
Click Reset network settings. And test your sim on another phone
You can also ask PM to help, refresh your account. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

My US plan did not work in the US. Said emerg calling only. Now in Canada only text and wifi internet are working, not mobile internet or the plan I purchased for the US.

which other US add-on you got?
And what phone you have?
Try manually connect to all 3 networks and see which one works. T-Mobile,AT&T, Verizon

Sorry to to hear that!
What type of phone do you have? Nothing works? Calls, data?
If you choose automatic connection, remove it and try to manually connect to T-Mobile or AT&T, vice versa.
You could also try airplane mode.
