I currently have an active subscription but have not gotten my sim. Under usage my account is showing inbound and outbound texts and calls. Also showing over 2gbs of data usage and international calls. How is this possible?
You account being hacked won't increase your databand LD usage as long as you still have your phone with you
Ohhh, wow! You need to change your password and email address.
I'm not tech savvy enough to do without personal information being visible. Hacking issue has been confirmed by suoport

Seems odd that there is usage without a physical sim.
