I purchased the 10 day US ad on and wasn’t able to text while in states...this is the second time this has happened and I’m unsure why

Were you able to receive texts? You should have been able to.
I assume that talk worked. Did you enable roaming?

@Leaffandann Are you sure you chose the right add-on which includes text from US?
