I have a us/ Canada plan. I purchased in Canada. I'm on the at&t network. I am able to text but can't receive phone calls. It worked great before today when I received a call from Canada. I've reset the phone by shutting it off very many times now & put on airplane mode off & on. Please help I need a reset. Bud

other than T-Mobile, try also AT&T and Verizon.  

Each network has it strong and weak location, one one is the best.  So, try them all and change it manually if necessary

Try manually selecting a network. I’ve found that T-Mobile works the best.

you must have a VoLTE enabled cellphone that is recognised by Public Mobile in order for talk to work in US. Here's some further explanation with a devise checker at the bottom of the page...
