US phone calls issue

I am unable to make calls in the US. I have the travel plan add on. Texting and data are working

sounds like you don't have a cellphone that is recognised as VoLTE enabled by Public Mobile as not all are. You'd need to get a newer cell. Here's some reading with a device checker at bottom of the page.
