Hello,

 

I paid for US ad on and my phne woul not make calls. It even shows that I did not use any of the minutes.Id like a refund, anyone know how I can get a refund.

The 10 Day US Roaming Add-on is unlimited calling. I wonder if you didn't mistakenly get the International Calling Add-on. That add-on is only valid to make calls to Canada and US whilst you're in Canada. Can you please confirm and let us know.

When you arrive US, you need to enable roaming and restart your phone.  You will be on AT&T or T-Mobile network.  You can also manually select which network to use.

 

If you give us more info, we can give you more help.

 

There is no refund after add-on.purchase.

Did you buy a US roaming add on?  Or a long distance calling add on to call US numbers?  More details may be helpful.  

 

In general, there are no refunds with Public mobile since prepaid.  You could try to contact moderator to see whether they can help.

you would need to directly message a Moderator for a refund... I assume you are back from your trip?
