I purchased additional talk/text roaming after my first purchase expired. The second purchase does not appear to have been added/activators as I cannot call or text. Simon is not responding with a follow up chat. Help!!!

@Skookumchuk   did you re-buy the same addon?  did you wait 24 hours after the first one expired before buying the same one?

 

Yes, it is a bit trouble with re-purchase of the same add-on.  You might want to open ticket with PM Support and have them to check

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
