US Roaming. No Data

I am in the U.S. Connected to the AT&T network. Can text, can talk, but no Data. I confirmed my plan was debited $20. 

Roaming is "on".  Help!

I had rebooted earlier and it did zip. I tried again just because and I'm now connected and relieved. Thx.

Cell data roaming also has to be on. And is your data on to begin with?

Try a reboot just because.
