Another new phone for family member

Hello all, I bought new phone for family member to have new phone number with PM. Having new sim card.Filling all the required fields by the PM wibesite but got stuck with new hone number to choose. the area number is empty and couldn't go further. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thank you very much for reply. I got it working only through googlr chrome. Neither firfox nor IE worked.Once again thank you.

It's a common bug
Try different browser safari or ie or smartphone browser or tablet browser
Also clear your cache and cookie will hopefully fix your issue. If that's doesn't help then contact mod dept

Sim card number#,
