I just subscribed to the 50 gig Can/US data package. It said something about an ESim in the description. Do I need to do anything before I use the data in the US?

In the cellphone settings...make sure to enable Data Roaming. When in US, make sure you're connected to either AT&T or T-Mobile...no others will work.

as long as you were successful in activating your new PM acct...it will work with either hard sim or esim, whichever you activated with.

Data roaming needs to be turned on to use data while in the US, and sometimes, customers need to manually select the correct network to connect to.
