US Data Talk and Text

Hi, my wife is in the US. She got the $30 roaming plan. She is able to use the Data but Talking and Texting will not work for her. Does anybody have experienced this and have a solution?

try connect to T-Mobile and try change the network to 2G

Hey @Bob930 

Tell her to go into her settings, then find the network settings and then turn off automatic and she'll see T-Mobile. Tell her to click on that and restart the phone. She should be up and running. If not, tell her to then try AT&T.,
