US DATA AND ROAMING

I recently purcahsed a 3 gig data for my parents account, because they're going to alaska and now I find out it didnt go through, whats the next steps for this, I have accesss to all their accounts, they're in their mid 70's just trying to enjpy a cruise?

tell them to go in to the cellphone settings and enable Roaming. They can even just enable Roaming and leave it on. There's never any charges or bills for overages with PM. As a pre-paid service, you only get what you've previously paid for...once the data reaches it's limit...it just stops until you re-up it.

@Brian6877  Did you buy the 3GB data add on and not the U.S. roaming data add on by mistake ? When you look at the accounts does the add on show for only 15 days ? If not I think you got the wrong add on . Also note they need to enabled data roaming turned in in phone settings . If you purchased the wrong add in you can message support and Reverse  it for the proper US roaming add on
