I am trying to switch the card I use to an American credit card, but it's not allowing me to submit because the field only allows postal codes. How can I use my US credit card? It says clearly at the top of the payments page that American credit cards are allowed, but I'm unable to save my US credit card information...

yes, while US credit card can be used to make payment, try trick is the card has to be linked to a Canadian address.  If the card is linked to an US address, sorry, it cannot be used here

Hello @calvinhtr1 

Public Mobile no longer takes US credit cards to pay for services. You can only pay with a Canadian credit card or vouchers.

Managing your payment method allows you to add, change, or update a payment method. Public Mobile currently accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Visa debit, and MasterCard debit cards issued by Canadian financial institutions. While American credit cards that are already registered can continue to be used, new registrations of American cards are not supported.

@calvinhtr1 I'm quite certain that you can only use a Canadian Credit card, no international cards. 

Try reaching out to a support agent to see if they can help you out, I could be wrong since you say you saw it state American CC can be used.
