it actually works using TextNow.  I think it is time for you to remove the phone number or your friends will keep getting calls this afternoon

Try my suggest above (reboot, reset network settings) or try using the app to make call if you need to call your friend quick

Their provider may think that the number that's calling is spam. Has that person tried calling you from that number on your PM phone?

I called too, it said the person is unavailable instead of not in service.

@sudhirmool123 , try making the call using other phone or use VoIP app TextNow, it can make free US calls

what number is that?  i tried calling, it gives me the number is not in service.  That's why you are not able to call

and I was to ask you to remove the phone number , but since the number is not in service, it's ok, I guess

reboot the phone, wait 5 mins and try again.  Also, try calling +1 ### ### #### 

if still does not work, try Reset Network Settings
