hi, i have the US/Can unlimited plan..   I am now in the USA for the first time with this plan..have been here just 2 days...and first time with PM.   How do I confirm I have no extra charges for any TEXTS, Phone Calls or Data?

I have found that the data coverage sucks for PM... in NY State I only picked up Verizon so I had no service...then in PA/WVA I did pick up T-Mobile and then got my Texts/Data working..  I am now in NC and on AT&T and have no data/texting/cell.   Am I doing something wrong, because this certainly is not a good plan for the USA.

Not only is this is fully prepaid service - as @Handy1 explained above (👍) - but you can also login to your Self-Serve and confirm the usage. You'll see "minutes used / minutes remaining" on your plan or your add-ons - or you'll see "Unlimited minutes" instead.

Thanks @Handy1 , specially for the quick response...we are driving to FL from Canada and bit worried about this PM plan.   My iPhone 13, under Voice&Data, there is 5G Auto, 5G On, LTE and 3G...  Thanks to your fantastic tip, when I select 3G I am golden...  Beers/Cheers to you...thanks a bundle

@jj15ca  PM is pre paid  you won’t have  any surprise billing . But make sure you have data roaming turned in in phone settings and set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and connect to T mobile or AT&T . If you still have issue with voice try phone set to 2G and connect to T mobile
