US $20 Data/Talk/Text Add-On Did Not Work

I purchased the US data add on using the two step process like I read online. When I got into the states, it didn't work. I managed to find wifi and read some troubleshooting options (restart phone, remove and readd SIM, etc.), but nothing worked. I was only in the states for four days and never had the add-on (which was a pain, because I needed it). How do I go about getting a refund or having my account credited for the service I wasn't able to use?

Thank you for the link! I have zero funds available and the add-on is listed under my add-ons. 

@latelladuboyce You will need moderator assistance to get a refund/credit. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.

While you are waiting, login to your account and see if you have Available Funds equal to the add-on. Perhaps, the second step failed.

@latelladuboyce, sorry to hear about you having some issues.  Did you try to manually select the network?  Did you have roaming turned on?  Not sure about a credit or refund just not sure what you have and haven't tried.
