I recently subscribed to your new plan and ported my number from Fido. However, I have yet to receive my new SIM card.
Could you please check the shipping status for me and let me know when I can expect to receive it?

Delivery of SIM are done by Canada post with no tracing number. Sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks to receive SIM by mail. If you can find SIM at retail store, get it and if and when you receive ordered one keep it as spare.
