SIM Card Order Not Delivered – No Tracking Information

Hello,

I ordered a SIM card almost two weeks ago, but I have not received it yet. I also haven’t received any delivery confirmation, tracking link, or tracking information so far.

Could you please check the status of my order and let me know when I can expect the delivery? If there is a tracking number available, kindly share it with me.

@Glene  There’s is no tracking for SIM cards unfortunately 

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community
