I am having issues with us roaming. Not working. Unable to submit a ticket. keep getting oops message after several days of trying. anyone know how to actually contact this company for a service issue directly?

What network are you connected to? If your phone is set on automatic then it should connect to either T-Mobile or AT&T. A few days ago someone said they had connected to Verizon. Not sure how that was possible but there it was. For data turn on roaming data. Also for best results, if your phone is set to 5G then set it to 4G LTE. Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte here yet?
While you're waiting for support have a look at some of the suggestions.

just ensure you purchased the correct US Roaming add-on, and that you connected to the T mobile network in the US with your roaming “on”
