U.S roaming plan not working

I just got to Florida, purchased my U.S $20.00 roaming plan on two phone and it's not working. The payment went threw, am I doing something wrong. I have an iPhone on both phones. Please help.

@cameraguy So if you have the funds sitting there in available funds, purchase the add-on and again and it will add it to your account.

No that's where it went wrong I just did the one step.

click on her username and it will take you to her profile page. Click Send Private Message button to send pm.

Also, did you purchase the us add-on 2 times? First time it only adds funds to your account and second time it takes that payment to add add-on to your account. It's 2 step process. Anyways, if you pm info to Mary, she will take care of this.

Sorry to hear about your US roaming add-on!  Before we look into it, have you made sure to enable your cellular roaming?
