U.S. data not activating

I am visiting the U.S. and my data plan is not activating. I have already done SIMon, no help. My account is current and it shows I have service for the States. However, after resetting, checking APN , etc. NOTHING. I need an agent to help on their end, please.

@DDW  Roaming service is SO unreliable.. I’d look into alternate options..

Manually connect to T-Mobile. Some areas are even iffy for that. You turned on data roaming? And your data?

If you can see your US add-on on your account then add-on is successfully purchased.

Not having a service might be due to no more 3G in USA. Try to manually connect to t-mobile.
