Where in the states? Alaska is dark to us. Coverage areas otherwise can be limited. Set your phone to automatic networks. Set it to LTE (etc) also. Not 5G. Data and text should work fine. Talk needs either volte enabled on your phone or the phone has ability to drop down to 2G or manually switch to 2G.
Am in the States, paid $30 for some data, talk and text and its not working! Help!
Try manually connect to T Mobile if can't automatically connect to T Mobile. Turn on data and roam. For data make sure APN setting is correct. If your phone support VoLTE then set on it or LTE at settings. Try reboot phone.
