I can't get into my account to add money as it wants a code from the email. I can't get into the email as I need a code from the phone number. The card on file was destroyed and a new card was issued so we can not add funds through *611. Is there anyway to get into your account without these ridiculous codes that I cannot access?

@Kelsey09 - have you obtained services back yet? Hope so.
You should get access to My Account to maintain your account. Are you able to use the SMS option?
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA to help you get your My Account access.

Your account is suspended for nonpayment so the 2FA code will only be sent by email. The code can be sent by text when your account is Activated so purchase a voucher from these locations:
Or purchase online at recharge.ca.
Dial *611 to enter the the voucher number to Activate account.
Another option is to contact a CS_Agent to Activate your account once credentials are confirmed.
Once you are login to your account you can disable the 2FA feature but not advisable to prevent SIM Swapping.

Or buy them online. Or get to Mobil gas and use real time payments (they also sell vouchers but I don't know if there's a delay)
