I had an old phone number with PM but now I'm using a new one with the same account. Everytime I sign in, they send a text to my old phone number which no longer exists instead of the new phone number that my subscription is under. As far as I can see on my end, the only number associated with my account is my current one. It's not a huge deal, because I can just sign in using my email, but it's kind of annoying. Anyone else had this?

what you have to do is to get the code via email once, then change the phone number with Profile
1. one the 2FA step while you log in, click Didn't receive code or Resend code, then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the code via email or voice mail
2. then go to Profile , Manage EverSafe ID and change phone number there, or use this link

if you are still unable to change My Account, ask PM to help

This is very easy to fix actually. Log into your account and use this link... you can change the number it goes to.
https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu
Just click on the arrow at the end where the number is and change it to your current number. That easy!
