@Devon3    If you're having issues with your payment card, then you could opt to purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load funds by dialing 611 on your phone.   Recharge.com will also email you a voucher PIN to load via 611 but charge a small fee.

This gives you time to sort out the issue with the payment card or self serve account which has had a few glitches lately it seems.
