Trying to subscribe and getting stumped

I am trying to subscribe to the 30gig 5G promo plan and I keep running into issues.

First, my address does not come up as an option and I can't manually input it.

I've tried to live chat with an agent for the past 2 days but the chat doesn't seem to be working. I've tried multiple times throughout the day and it always says the chat is currently closed.

I'm not sure how to proceed at this point...

don't buy sim from PM online, it can take long to deliver

buy from Amazon.ca

or buy from Telus or Koodo stores

The system recognizes my town, but not my home address. My town doesn't have mailbox delivery and I need to input a PO Box which the website system does not allow me to do.

Using a prepaid credit card doesn't solve the problem of inputting a mailing address to ship the Sim card to unfortunately.

do you live in a new area?  The system might not have your new postal code and therefore you have the problem

A quick workaround is to get a prepaid  credit card and use for activation.  Then you can put in any valid postal code
