Trying to submit a ticket

The system isn't accepting my payment voucher and when I try to submit a ticket, I keep getting an Error Logging In issue. Please help!

@gratitudeinlife Hello some vouchers take up to 24 hours to activate If you need help customer service

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here

@gratitudeinlife Hi did you try dialing *611 on your phone you can enter your voucher number there
