Hi there,
Trying to port my number out to be under another carrier to take advantage of the corporate plan I have available to me now. The carrier tried to port my number out but said they couldn't because they need to see that PM was notified of my approval. Looks like I need to somehow put a note on the account. Can anyone please advise how to take this next step? I DMed the mod group but no reply just yet.

To port out you should only need you pm account number and the name in selfserve.
PM is prepaid so there are no account balances owing etc. Be advised there are no refunds for any unused time or credits on the account.

I don't think you need to let them know. Check if all the info is correct, it gets refused if there is any incorrect information. You may want to verify your pin too. Did you chose one at the signup or was it assigned by pm
