Trying to port from Koodo Postpaid and activate PM at the same time.
Got an error "Subscription Not Activated" and to contact an Agent, which I did.
But is this a porting issue or a PM activation issue? It feels like it might be the latter (like, did I type password wrong or something). Should/can I try to activate again, with a new #, and then port after?
Or is something else going on?

Agent Sorin was able to get it working. First activated on a new # then did the port. Which I will go back to doing myself (in the past I would never activate on any carrier with a port, to try and make sure there was working service somewhere; I've gotten lazy lately and done both at once).

Thanks. Physical SIM. I was hoping that if the activation failed (vs the port failing) it may not have tried to port and maybe I could do activation twice. Didn't want to risk it without checking though.
