Trying to cancel my number as I am leaving the country for 6 months. My phone number doesn't match the email address. I can't access my account.

I like the idea. I can't access my account to get the account number which is required by Numberbarn.

Just throwing this out there @razor_ray If you want to keep your number, you can always port it to Numberbarn which is really cheap and will hold your number for as long as you want. Then when you come back, you can port your number back to Public Mobile. But your account has to be active to port it. Plus, once you port, your account is automatically closed. This is just a great way to save your number if you want to keep it.

hi @razor_ray try that Forgot Login option and PM will send an e-mail to the correct mailbox
