Trying to activate new sim since yesterday. Bought sim at Walmart. This sim kept saying invalid and email address not available. Exchanged sim and this number was good. Excepted email as well. Got to stage 2 and selected new number. Nothing! Waited 10 minutes. Tried again. Again nothing. Tried again this morning. Now says email address unavailable again.

@chasolive1I supect you use the same email like your account.
If you want to use your email-adress, then add an additional +1 in the address. This way the email still gets sent to your email account but it is unique to Public Mobile.
Like for example your email is email@gmail.com
You can use email+1@gmail.com

Hi silly questions but are you using your email address or your friends? make sure there is no space after the email address if pasting it into teh form. if your address make sure iit is a unique address ie not the same as your account.
i am also assuming you did not get to the payment section in any of your attempts. that is one of reasons you will get a invalid sim (failed activation)

Try using incognito mode and see if that helps, if not please message the @CS_Agent and they will be able to help with your problem. give your phone number and sim # to them in advanced
